Like most office ladies, I cannot avoid suffering from back pain because I sit for too long every day. Massage only treats the symptoms, not the root cause. I heard the teacher said that I could try dancing, so I took part in Heart Dance with the mentality of experiencing it. After a month of learning, I found that the pain in my waist was much less, and my abdomen was tightened. In addition, dancing to music not only allows you to practice rhythm control, but also allows you to coordinate the reactions of your left and right hands and feet. When a group of people dance together, they cooperate and encourage each other. It also allows me to focus on the present, get rid of the pressure after a day of work, and gain physical, mental and spiritual happiness.
